Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your order a minimum of 3 days prior to your travel date. All reservations are subject to availability. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled tour participant. All departure times, dates, schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.

Age:

Child rates are available for children based on the age definition specific to that product. For children under (4) years of age, unless otherwise stated, there will be no charge as long as the child does not occupy a seat.

Rates:

Please refer to the product description and rates listed for each specific Attraction, Activity, Tour and Excursion for current price.

Provision of Service:

Roberts Hawaii reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, attractions and activities at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at its sole discretion. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. will not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to person or personal property.

Roberts Hawaii, Inc. shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these tour programs for delays, injury, loss, accident or damage to persons or property beyond its control. Natural phenomena are random and out of the control of the tour operator. Prices, features and/or menu are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

Full payment for services must be received prior to service. For web orders, only credit cards accepted. Credit cards accepted are:

• Diners Card
• American Express Card
• CarteBlanche
• JCB Card

All payments are subject to a 10% credit card service charge in the event of cancellation.

International Ordering

International charges/payments to Roberts Hawaii are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged. Exchange rates are subject to policies of the individual card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment for services must be received prior to service. For web orders, only credit cards accepted. Credit cards accepted are:

1. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service and will result in a 10% credit card charge. Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 24 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incured/No refund.
2. No shows will incur full charges/NO REFUND.
3. Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
